Invoices are e-mailed at the first of the month and are due by the fifteenth of the month. If they are not received by the fifteenth, a fifteen dollar late fee will be assessed.

If Poo Patrol shows up to do a patrol and is unable to complete service because the service area is not accessible because of a locked gate or your dog/dogs will not let us in the yard or due to inclement weather and we are unable to service or make it up the next day you will be charged a service fee. (We will have twice the work the following week) If for weather we miss two weeks in a row you will only be charged for one week. (This rarely happens)
